Guang Ping Tai Chi Chuan

The Guang Ping Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan is a rare internal martial art from Guang Ping village that was introduced to the United States in 1965 by the famous Grandmaster Kuo Lien Ying. Guang Ping Tai Chi is an earlier version of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan predating Yang Cheng fu's popular 108 Posture Form and tracing it's lineage back to Yang Pan Hou. This rare and powerful form expresses elements of Yang Style Tai Chi, Hsing-I and Bagua as well as Chen Style Tai Chi within the set. Grandmaster Henry Look, Master Dug Corpolongo's Sifu, was one of Grandmaster Kuo's senior students and his teaching assistant for over 7 years. Guang Ping Tai Chi is taught to our more advanced Yang Style students, and is a required part of Sifu Dug's Lotus Dragon Hsing-Yi curriculum
